How to Request Donations

This form offers all participating organizations the opportunity to participate in both Coat Boston and Christmas Shop. If you are an organization, school, or church located in the Boston area and would like to participate, please complete the request form. You can provide the quantities, types, and age-range of the clothing that you are requesting. If you are an individual or family seeking assistance, please do not fill out the form yet and email us at christmasshop@hancockchurch.org for further instructions.

Both coats and Christmas gifts will be packed in large cardboard boxes or bags and you may need more than one vehicle. Upon request, we can let you know how many boxes you will receive.
Once you have completed the form, we will reach out to you from christmasshop@hancockchurch.org within a few weeks providing pick-up dates and to request that you choose a reserved 15-minute time slot. We do not deliver donations.

Directions: For the most convenience, you may park outside of the building against the curb. There are two designated parking spots but if these are taken, you may park in front of the spots (do not block the handicapped space or driveways) and leave your emergency brake on. We also have a private parking lot behind the building. To access, you may enter through the cobblestone arch where there will be an “Enter” sign. Walk out of the parking lot through the exit path (the opposite side of where you drove in). Our main entrance is through the red door at the front of the building (next to the “Exit” sign).
