The Children and Youth Program Assistant will assist the Minister for Children and Families running Sunday School on Sunday Mornings for grades k-5 and Youth group for grades 6-12. Which includes setting up and cleaning up for Sunday School and youth group, leading break out groups during programing, helping plan programming, and supervising youth group offsite outings. The Assistant may occasionally be asked to help supervise offsite activities that take place outside of regular in-person hours.
Qualified candidates have experience working with children and young people in a setting that encourages their personal growth, confidence, and community skills. They should be creative, engaging, and adaptive.
