On March 5 at 12:00 p.m. the first Sunday in Lent, Worship at the Well will feature music by our own nine-piece River Rock Band. They’ll be playing a range of blues styles from traditional gospel blues to contemporary songs by Buddy Miller and Susan Werner. Hancock will celebrate the season through music with two widely varied services on Sunday, December 9th. At 10:00 a.m., the Chancel Choir and Cantata Orchestra will perform J.S. Bach’s Cantata #61, Nun komm der Heiden Heiland as part of morning worship. They will also perform choruses from Cantata #140 Wachet auf, and music by Praetorious.
