Valentine Potluck Dinner

All are invited to attend a pot luck dinner on February 11 at 6:00 p.m. in the Dining Room. Fun for all ages – games, a photo booth, and Valentine card making. And food, of course! Please bring a main dish, a salad or side dish, or a dessert to share. Parish Life will provide beverages. Please note that there will be no snow date for this event.

Community Barn Dance

On Saturday, January 20 at 7:00 p.m., One People One World is sponsoring this fun all-church, all-age, all-skill level (or lack thereof) event for everyone in Clark Hall. Don Veino, a local barn dance caller, will teach and lead us, along with the live musicians that work with him. There is a $10 suggested donation at the door to support the Hancock Youth Group’s mission trip to Neon, Kentucky, but everyone is welcome regardless of ability to contribute.

Interfaith Garden: A Great Family Outing!

Last Sunday, Hancock Church children, youth and adults stopped by Interfaith Garden to see what’s growing. All learned more about growing vegetables, herbs and fruit-from seed or seedling and tending to harvest. Interfaith Garden volunteering makes an ideal family outing. Kids enjoy gardening alongside people of all ages-and wheeling produce-filled carts to Lexington’s Food Pantry on Saturday mornings during harvest season!
