MUSICAL OPPORTUNITIES
Recitals: Hancock periodically has Sunday afternoon recitals featuring both staff and interested parishioners.
Instrumentalists: Instrumentalists are always welcome to provide worship enrichment for the prelude, postlude, or summer worship services.
Special instrumental or choral programs: for church groups e.g. Collier Club.

The "Requiem in d, Op 48" by Gabriel Faure will be performed on March 9, "Cantata Sunday" during the 10:00 service with soloists Winnie Nip, soprano and James Onstad, baritone. The orchestra includes Dick and Isabelle Plaster, bassoon; Chris Batty, cello; Marilyn Becker, organ; and Jane Flummerfelt, director from Hancock Church.

Trumpeters Dana Russian and Dana Oakes will join organist Jane Flummerfelt on march 16 for the Palm Sunday observance. Children of the Church School will process with palms, singing "All Glory Laud and Honor" (St. Theodulph)
MARCH 23, 2008 - EASTER SUNDAY
Easter Sunday will feature Katie Driscoll, trumpet, the Carillon Handbell Choir and the Chancel Choir in music of Handel, Fetler and others. String accompaniment to the anthems will be provided by Sue Stone, Amanda Su, Jenn Batty, and Chris Batty.
