An interfaith vigil responding to the recent violence in Orlando, Fla., has been scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Wed., June 15, on the Green in Lexington. Representatives from town and state government will speak before a service of music, prayer, readings and silence. Clergy from Hancock, Pilgrim UCC; Temple Isaiah; Church of our Redeemer; First Parish and Follen Community Church will lead the service. All are invited to come and to be together in a demonstration of solidarity with our LGBTQ sisters and brothers, and in opposition to gun violence.
