The Interfaith Garden does it again, harvesting 140 lbs of lettuce, spinach, parsley, beets, leeks, blueberries, carrots, kale, green beans, zucchini, tomatoes, winter squash, eggplant, basil, onions, chard, and cucumbers. The total harvest their first year was 995 lbs, and the total their second season was 854 lbs! That’s a lot of wonderful fresh produce for the Lexington Food Pantry.Interfaith garden 8.24
