Spend a relaxing fall or winter weekend (non-vacation week) in this cozy condo in the woods just 15 minutes from Waterville Valley Ski Area. Take a day hike up Dickey/Welch Mountain right out the back door, grill om the deck, enjoy the fall foliage, and ride your mountain bike on Waterville's trail system. Or enjoy downhill skiing at Waterville Valley ski area or Loon Mt. (just 20 minutes north), cross country ski on groomed trails, showshoe in the woods, or ice skate at the nearby rink (ski, snowshoe and skate rentals available). Drink hot chocolate and play games by the cozy fireplace. Condo sleeps 10 comfortably. Comes fully equipped with sheets, blankets, towels, dishes, cookware, games, and loads of firewood. Come spend a beautiful long weekend in the countryside of Woodstock Vermont. Delightful 18th century cape, with surrounding buildings, sleeps 8 (two queen doubles and 4 singles). 25 acres at your disposal with swimming pond, wading creek, cleared and forrested land. Appalachian trail less than a mile a way, downhill and cross country skiing within 5 miles. Great biking and hiking and just plain hanging. And of course New England's quintesential town, Woodstock Vermont is just down the road. Available all June and through the first week of July. After Labor Day, arrange dates with owners. Maine Coast 5 Bedroom Home Offering in Biddeford Pool
Enjoy the best of the Maine coast, from rocky shores to a 2 mile long sandy beach on the lovely peninsula of Biddeford Pool, only 1 hour and 45 minutes north of Lexington. Available for as long as a week any season with advanced scheduling. Stay in our newly renovated 5 bedroom 2 bath home. There is a large living room, family room, dining room and a brand new kitchen and laundry room. The house and front patio overlook sweeping views of the golf course. The sandy public beach is a short 5 minute walk from the house. All linens, towels, beach towels, games, and much more are provided. (This home rents for $3000./week during the months of July and August.) If scheduled during a time when the Irvings are staying in the garage loft, golf and tennis may be offered at the club’s user fees. In addition, the Irvings would be happy to take you on the water in their power boat to explore the area or lend you a couple kayaks. Kayaks are also available for rent in the town. Maine Coast Garage Loft Offering in Biddeford Pool

It will sleep at 4 people. Although there is no kitchen there is a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster/convection oven and use of the barbeque grill on the patio as well as a full size refrigerator in the garage. It would be great for a couple or small family. The space has sweeping views of the golf course and some water views of Saco Bay. Access to the laundry room in the main house would be available. All linens, towels, beach towels, games, and much more are provided. If scheduled during a time which the Irvings are staying in the main house, golf and tennis may be offered at the club’s user fees. In addition, the Irvings would be happy to take you on the water in their power boat to explore the area or lend you a couple kayaks. Kayaks are also available for rent in the town. Enjoy hiking in Acadia National Park, kayaking in the ocean, swimming in a lake, biking on a carriage road, or just relaxing on our porch watching the sunset. We have a three bedroom cottage on the ocean, away from the crowds, which sleeps up to six people. We provide linens and towels, cookware and dishes (but no TV microwave, disposal, dishwasher, or washer/dryer). Available the first half of June and after Labor Day. Five hour drive from Lexington.
