Projects with Purpose
Get those needles ready: come join a group of fun, faithful, funny women for quality time together. We are Projects with Purpose, non-profit, drop-in, nonjudgmental, etc. and we share laughter, stories, and advice while completing those projects we never seem to have time for at home. In recent years we have made nearly 200 knit and fleece hats for the City Mission Society's Christmas Shop. We’ve made 100 school bags for the Church World Service. We gather around 9:30 AM in the Wright Lab every Monday (holidays excepted) until we feel like leaving, usually around 11:00 AM. There are no fees or dues and no endless applications to fill out. So please feel free to stop by and check us out. For information, contact Joan Rutila or Janet Woit.
