Fiscal Year Change Information Session on Sunday, May 7

Learn about the changes in our fiscal year at an information session on May 7! The Standing Committee has voted unanimously to change the church’s fiscal year from January-December to July-June.  This change will allow our program planning and budget planning seasons to coincide, instead of being offset and working at cross-purposes.  This coming Sunday, in the 11:00 middle hour between the worship services, Treasurer Mike Kraley will host an information session to address the change.  It will be held in the Pearson Room.  All...

MARTING TO GLORY RINGERS is an intergenerational handbell choir for middle school, high school and adult ringers of all abilities, playing intermediate level music in a fast moving setting. Sunday Morning Host Needed

Sunday Morning Host Needed

The Sunday morning host will ensure that coffee, tea and juice are available from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the church entryway, dining room and Christian education common area. He or she will also act as a host during the main fellowship hour from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and will be responsible for clean up following the beginning of the 12 p.m. worship service. Text: With the arrival of the growing season came an abundance of produce available to the Lexington Food Pantry. Now on a Saturday morning, the Food Pantry clients can experience that which they otherwise probably could not. Each week 3-5 tables are laden with a wide variety of fresh produce made possible by contributors both old and new.
