Blessing of the Animals

Hancock United Church of Christ will hold its fourth annual “Blessing of the Animals” service on Sunday, Oct. 30 at noon in Clark Hall.  The church will celebrate the importance of animals in our lives and give thanks for the wonder and diversity of God’s creation.  All animals and their human caretakers are welcome.  Pet treats and human treats will be provided!

The Standing Committee has approved a pilot program designed to strengthen our community at Hancock Church and to increase our vitality and growth by providing opportunities for people of all ages to connect with one another. Jazz Epiphany@ The Well Featuring Yale’s Red, Hot, and Blue! Join us for our annual Jazz Epiphany at Worship at the Well, Sunday evening January 10th at 6:15 p.m. Red, Hot, and Blue, Yale University’s oldest co-ed a capella group, will be joining us and singing jazz takes on the songs of the season.
